About Alina

Alina Herrera joined the practice in 2025. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master’s in Nursing Science from South University, and her undergraduate nursing degree from Daytona Beach College. Prior to becoming a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in multiple specialties for 5 years and then Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner after completing her board certification by American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Originally from Orlando, FL and is enjoying the sunshine in Port Saint Lucie, FL where she lives with her husband and son. She enjoys running, reading, and other outdoor activities.
