About Dr. Tutar

Dr. Tutar earned his medical degree from the University of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in Turkey and graduated in the top 10% of his class. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, followed by heart failure research at the University of California, San Francisco VA Medical Center and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Louisville. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.

Dr. Tutar speaks Turkish. Outside of medicine, he enjoys tennis, table tennis, and watching soccer.

Dr. Tutar specializes in general cardiology, and nuclear cardiology. He is fluent in Turkish.
